HOW THE AWARDS ARE JUDGED
Transparent. Independent. Structured.
The awards are evaluated by an independent cross-industry jury panel composed of senior professionals across loyalty, customer experience, technology and related disciplines.

Each entry is reviewed through a structured evaluation process designed to ensure consistency, transparency and objective assessment across all categories.

All submissions are assessed against defined criteria and supported by measurable evidence of impact.
Evaluation Criteria
Entries are evaluated across four core dimensions reflecting both strategic approach and real-world performance. Each criterion contributes 25% to the final evaluation score.

Strategic Clarity (25%)
The entry demonstrates a clearly defined strategy, well-articulated objectives and alignment with broader business goals.

Execution & Implementation (25%)
The entry demonstrates how the initiative has been implemented, including operational delivery, implementation quality, scalability and integration within the organisation.

Customer and Business Outcomes (25%)
The initiative demonstrates measurable outcomes in customer engagement, behaviour and overall experience, as well as impact on business performance.

Measurable Results (25%)
The entry provides verifiable and evidence-based results such as revenue impact, customer retention, participation growth, operational improvement or other measurable performance indicators.
The Judging Process
The evaluation process follows four structured stages to ensure consistency, transparency and comparability across all entries.
Independent Jury Review
Each entry is independently reviewed and scored by multiple members of the cross-industry jury panel.
Score Aggregation
Individual scores are aggregated using a structured scoring methodology to produce a consistent overall evaluation.
Finalists Confirmation
The highest-scoring entries are identified as finalists and proceed to the formal recognition stage of the awards cycle.
Final Results Determination
Final results are determined based on aggregated jury scoring.
Independence & Integrity
The awards operate under defined governance standards to ensure independence and impartiality.
  • Jury members are selected based on professional expertise and industry experience
  • All jurors declare potential conflicts of interest
  • Jurors do not evaluate entries submitted by their own organisation or direct partners
  • The evaluation process is moderated to ensure consistency and comparability across all evaluations
  • All evaluations are conducted confidentially and in accordance with the awards conflict-of-interest policy

Evidence-Based Evaluation
Entries are expected to provide verifiable evidence supporting their claims, including:
  • measurable performance indicators
  • customer engagement data
  • customer satisfaction and retention indicators
  • commercial impact
  • operational outcomes
  • supporting documentation

Strong submissions demonstrate a clear link between strategic approach, implementation quality and measurable outcomes.
