The results of the Loyalty & CX Awards Russia 2024 have been announced
The winners’ award ceremony took place on July 25 in Moscow as part of the 11th Loyalty & CX Summit’24.
A total of 283 projects from 131 companies were submitted for the award. 104 projects were shortlisted, and 61 of them were selected as winners.
